Live Births

Live Births

According to the 2012 World Population Trends Fact Sheet, the world population grew to 7.06 billion, with developing countries accounting for 97% of the growth. In contrast, developed countries’ annual birth rates barely exceeds the death rates, with the projection that by 2025 the death rates will exceed the birth rates. The consequence will be more funerals than births, more senior complexes than schools, more adult care than child care with funeral directors in higher demand than pediatricians. As a culture, we say ‘we love children’, but our spending patterns for non-essentials and conspicuous consumption show we love stuff. God designed this universe so that children are a blessing which makes us more focused, unselfish, mature and responsible.

Your Children Are the Arsenal of God. God is the greatest promoter of children. He is the greatest pediatrician, child psychologist, educator, career counselor and financial planner. God does not need a big budget to do great things, taking nothing to make something. He also makes changes through generations, and Godly children are key to those changes. God showed this through the children of Israel while they were slaves in Egypt. Their numbers grew greatly from the initial 70 immigrants of Jacob’s family to the millions of Israelites who left under Moses.

Satan Will Attack Our Children. Satan also recognizes the threat of Godly children to his schemes. Satan inspired Pharaoh, Herod and others throughout history to kill innocent babies. The culture of death and propaganda that dominate schools, media and public discourse reflects his deliberate efforts to continue those sins, removing any concepts which support God’s work of life.

God Avenges His Glory Through the Children. Moses was destined to be drowned by Pharoah’s decree, but God spared him to be the leader who would free the Israelites from slavery. Through Moses, God’s power and glory were demonstrated time and again to the world, culminating in the children of Israel’s escape through the Red Sea, drowning the mighty Egyptian army.
