Women's Ministry

 
It is our desire that women feel the heart, mind and soul of Jesus and experience the love of Christ. A Mother's Heart
          
This ministry offers support, compassion, encouragement, and hope to women and their families impacted by the loss of a baby (miscarriage, stillbirth, infant death), infertility, an adverse prenatal diagnosis, and post abortion. Resources and support groups are available. Contacts: Angela Wiggins and Karen Davis.


Girls of Character

This ministry has been designed to disciple preteen girls ages 8-12 and equip them in making sound and biblical choices in the areas of Christian chracter, acquiring life skills and future career selections. Joy in the Morning
 
To provide support through encouragement and prayer for women in various stages of bereavement. Contacts: Michelle McMorris and Joyce Pierre. 
 
 
Ladies Fellowship
 
To provide spiritual nourishment and sisterly support for women age 18 and up as they share the joys, trials and blessings encountered daily in their walks with the Lord. Meetings are held monthly. Contact: Nelline Alexander.


Mother’s Morning Together
 
To give moms of all ages an opportunity to come together for support and training in their changing seasons of mothering. This is done by providing biblical wisdom, sharing personal testimonies, and offering hope and encouragement through fellowship. Contacts: Beverly Lucas and Danita Smith.
 
 
The Samaritans

This ministry provides care to women with short-term health situations (i.e. baby delivery, in and out surgery, accidents, etc.) to assist them in returning to a normal daily routine. Contact: Julia Turner. 
  
 
Single But Not Alone
 
Offers support to the single moms in our fellowship through workshops, Bible study, and other scheduled activities. Contacst: Lori Hughes and Louise Barrett. 
 
 
Titus II
 
This special small group meets on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 a.m. and is specifically designed for the seasoned women age 60 and over. Contact: Marian McIntosh.
 
 
Women's Institute

To teach Biblical topics/series to maturing women. Contacts: Valerie Calhoun and Pamela Shaw.
