Assimilation Fellowship
The purpose of the Assimilation Fellowship is to make your personal acquaintance, introduce you to the ministries of Woodstream, and to assist you in assimilating successfully into the church. At this meeting you will be introduced to the Deacon Family Life Ministry and your assigned deacon. Contacts: Correne Holloway and Karen McGill-Butler.
Discovery I
To provide important information regarding leadership, history, ministries and programs to new members of Woodstream and to provide orientation to the body. Contacts: Deacons Thomas Calhoun and Eric Powe.
Discovery PM
The mission of Discover PM is to help new members of Woodstream connect relationally and corporately to their new church family via Small Group on Wednesday nights. Contacts: Minister Cedric Brown.
The GCM Ministry is composed of Buddies (ages 6 – 6th grade) and Greeters (7th-12th) who reach out to new members within their own age group.Contact: Vanessa Taylor.
Lighthouse Ministries
To serve all new members who join Woodstream in the way of guiding them through their first few months at Woodstream. Contacts: Deacons Thomas Calhoun and Charles Barnes.
A seminar which takes individuals through material to learn their Spiritual Gift, Passion, and Personal Style with the purpose of placing them in the right ministry for them. The Right People in the Right Place. Contacts: Howard Wilson and Denise Rouse.
School of Evangelism I
To teach Christians how to effectively and easily witness to believers’ friends. family and acquaintances, aka FRANgelism (evangelism to Friends, Relatives, and Neighbors). Contacts: Minister Don Simmons or Trustee Gene Samuels.
